3. After reading the terms of membership, click "I agree".
4. Fill in your basic information, confirm that membership is successful, then enter your account and password to log in.
5. You have to log in to reserve rooms online!

1. To pay after reserving rooms--Please pay with a valid credit card to the account number and amount specified in the invoice. Do not combine payment for different invoices. Please pay within the payment period (within three days of the reservation). Reservations will be automatically cancelled by the system if payment is overdue.
2. Online credit card payment--This method of payment is recommended. You can quickly complete the reservation and payment process, and check your reservation in the booking records (it will show payment received). If you have completed payment but your reservation is cancelled, please keep your remittance receipt and contact the Visitor Center as soon as possible (Tel. 049-2974511).
3. Please keep your payment receipt and a print copy of your reservation to present at the ticket booth in the recreation area.

1. for cancellations made successfully 14 days prior to the reserved da 100% of the full amount deposion will be refunded.
2. for cancellations made successfully 7 to 13 days prior to the reserved da 70% of the full amount deposion will be refunded.
3. for cancellations made successfully 3 to 6 days prior to the reserved da 50% of the full amount deposion will be refunded.
4. for cancellations made successfully 1 to 2 days prior to the reserved da 30% of the full amount deposion will be refunded.
5. for cancellations made successfully 0 days prior to the reserved da 0% of the full amount deposion will be refunded.
6. If weather reports such as heavy rain, torrential rain, typhoon warnings, earthquakes, road obstructions or other force majeure are issued by the Weather Bureau for the reserved days, a refund of the full amount of the deposit may be requested.


To cancel reservation, go to the member page to apply for cancellation. Refunds are batch processed every 10 days. The overall procedure will take 20 to 30 calendar days, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Cancellation before check-in date -
Room reservation homepage→ Member login→ Log in to account and password→ Enter members page→ Click on Reservation Inquiry→ Select Reservation Cancellation ( on the right side of the reservation request)→ Select Refund Method You can choose "Refund entire reservation" or "Select the room type for the refund"→ Fill in the account and other relevant information according to instructions→ Send→ A "Request Sent" message will be displayed → Completed.

1. Revised in accordance with the provisions of the "Standardized Contract Template for Direct Room Reservation by Visitors " issued by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications
2. If weather reports such as heavy rain, torrential rain, typhoon warnings, earthquakes, road obstructions or other force majeure are issued by the Weather Bureau for the reserved days, a refund of the full amount of the deposit may be requested.
3. If you have already paid for your reservation but are unable to show up due to personal reasons and wish to cancel your reservation, be sure to go to the room reservation system of this website 14 days your the reservation to cancel your reservation. This is to ensure your rights and avoid being charged for the room.
4. Refunds are batch processed every 10 days. The overall procedure will take 20 to 30 calendar days, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
5. If you have successfully reserved and paid for your room but need to cancel your reservation, online to apply for the refund (according to the original reservation request).

◆Check-in Instructions
1. The price of accommodation includes 1. room, 2. breakfast、dinner (based on the number of people for the room type), 3. admission tickets to the recreation area (based on the number of people for the room type), 4. parking (for two-person and four-person rooms: 1 vehicle; for six-person room: 2 vehicles). Refunds will not be given for unused Itemsincluded in the passage.
2. Check-in: 15:00 to 17:00 in the afternoon (If you cannot arrive during that time, please contact the Visitor Center).
Check out: Before 11:00 am of the following day
*Some sections of the road from Wushe to Aowanda have no street lights. In consideration of the safety of driving at night, please check-in before 17:00.
3. For visitors who reserved online, please pay by credit card or remit according to the payment statement. When entering the recreation area, show the reservation and payment receipt at the ticket booth. Admission fee and parking fee are free for overnight visitors according to their room types. (Cost of 2-person rooms includes 2 admission tickets and parking for 1 vehicle; cost of 4-person rooms includes 4 admission tickets and parking for 1 vehicle; cost of 6-person rooms includes 6 admission tickets and parking for 2 vehicles. Refunds are not available for unused items needed in the package.
4. For visitors who reserved over the telephone (reservations made within three days) and visitors without advance reservation, pay admission and parking at the ticket booth. When registering to check-in, the admission and parking fees may be redeemed with the invoice (receipt).
5. This villa is a Silver Class Green Hotel, and does not provide items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower caps, razors, bottled water or towels in the guest rooms (Visitors who need these items may purchase them at the Visitor Center). Towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided as well as water coolers. Visitors are recommended to bring their own personal items. Thank you for your cooperation!
6. To protect the natural ecology, eco lightings are used in the recreation area. However, eco lights are less bright and overnight guests are recommended to provide their own flashlights.
7. No extra beds, quilts, pillsow or other beddings are provided.


◆Prohibited Matters
1. Do not smoke, start a fire, cook or litter in the park.
2. To prevent the spread of rabies, pets (mammals) are not allowed in the park.
